My JS Guardian can not connect to my network

The JS Guardian connects to a 2.4 GHz bandwidth, so it may not connect to the 5 GHz bandwidth available. If your home or office do not have the 2.4 GHz bandwidth set up, you can simply do so at your modem setting.

I have moved my camera since the initial set up. How do I do a new 360 degree preset?

Go to the app, enter the specific camera, on the lower left bar, there is a 360 degree icon, push the icon to perform a new 360 degree preset.
